Many years passed in the jungle before Vincent finally recovered his equilibrium. He continued painting but one day gave in to the urge to become a sailor signing on aboard HM Prophet one among many boats from the Ship of Fools fleet which eventually sank at the edge of the known world due to a surfeit of philosophy clogging the keel. It was said that the crew were arguing wildly about the nature of temporal reality and indeed the possibility that the reef they were headed toward was a mere existential contingency alterable according to the position of the viewer. No one was really sure if the ship sank because of the sudden transfer of weight or the erroneous philosophy that had spread like a contagion among the crew....

"a surfeit of philosophy clogging the keel"...yes I'm aware of this phenomenan. How does one go about unclogging one's keel and is it a painful process. Can you get cream for it on the NHS ?
